Overview:

The embedded system is a platform for wireless network realization. It is built based on Linux system and IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/d standards, and can help to simulate and realize different wireless networks, including the wireless mesh network, cognitive radio network, and so on. Products and solutions based on the embedded system have been wildly used in different areas, such as the power system, telecommunication, fire-fighting, and etc. The objective of this research is to solve practical problems in wireless communications, like multi-hop and long-distance video transmission. To solve these problems, we'll develop new protocols, realize and test them in embedded systems.
