Overview:

Endurance is one of the most important indicators of mobile phone performance. By using statistical analysis methods and machine learning algorithms, the analysis of mobile phone hardware module data and software data can provide data insight for reducing mobile phone power consumption and improving endurance.

At present, this project mainly studies the following two parts:

(1) Analyze and explore the main factors causing high power consumption of mobile phones

(2) Predict the power consumption performance of the next generation of mobile phone models before release

Traditional method of mobile phone power consumption research is analyzing hardware module. Through mathematical modeling, we can find the indicators affecting the hardware module and build a power consumption model. In this project, machine learning algorithms are used to do data mining of large-scale mobile phone operation data, which involving classification, prediction, anomaly detection, clustering, and other subdivision problems. Besides traditional hardware research, this method provides new ideas and new guidance.
